• Dental clinical records (charting, clinical notes, treatment plans, diagnostic radiographs, photographs, study models)
• Social security numbers (PPSN) where applicable for PRSI Treatment Benefit verification
• Medical card numbers and eligibility details for HSE GMS cardholders

3. How We Use Your Data

Your personal and medical information is used exclusively to evaluate your clinical status, deliver safe dental treatments, issue prescriptions, and coordinate laboratory fabrication of dental appliances (crowns, bridges, retainers, and dentures).

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except in specific authorized clinical circumstances:

• Specialist dental referrals (e.g. oral surgeons, periodontists, endodontists, orthodontists)
• Dental laboratories fabricating your custom dental appliances
• Department of Social Protection (for PRSI treatment benefit claims) and the Health Service Executive (HSE GMS claims)
